3 Stones Custom Homes was co-founded in 2010 by Chris Lawrence, a licensed carpenter/contractor, and Bill Crilly, P.Eng. (structural). With over 30 years of experience each, Chris oversees project delivery, while Bill manages structural design and project administration. Together with our skilled team of sub-trades, we offer a highly consultative approach to ensure your renovation vision is realized.

How We Work

3 Stones Custom Homes is a design-build construction and general contracting company operating in downtown Toronto. We provide start-to-finish design and construction services on every size of project. Our company has purchased, renovated, and sold many homes in downtown Toronto; therefore, we understand the importance of a renovation dollar when adding value to your home. By focusing on the 3 'corner stones' of project execution: quality, cost, and schedule, we consistently deliver to our client's exacting expectations.

One of the offerings that sets 3 Stones apart from other builders is our 'open-book project delivery' service. By providing a comprehensive open-book project delivery, our clients have full visibility on budget development and actual cost tracking throughout their project. We provide a comprehensive schedule, conduct bi-weekly progress meetings, deliver weekly progress reports and bi-weekly budget vs. actuals cost updates to provide full visibility on the status of your project. We take great pride in consistently delivering within budget and on schedule.

Our services include project consultation, scope/budget development, architectural and interior design, structural design and building permit application support, and fully transparent costs in our project delivery.
